Do Zola, The Knot and Joy send RSVP reminders for you?

Not on their own. Zola, The Knot and Joy each let you send an RSVP reminder, but you pick the guests and press send. Email reminders are included. Texts to your whole list cost extra on Zola and Joy, and The Knot offers preset templates only. None of their help pages offers calls to guests (Zola, The Knot, Joy).
How does each platform handle reminders?
Each one gives you a reminder button, not an automatic schedule, unless you pay for scheduled texts.

Can you send a reminder only to guests who haven't replied?
Yes, on all three. Joy pre-selects guests who haven't responded and has a "Has not RSVP'd" filter (Joy). The Knot's guest list lets you email guests who haven't RSVPed (The Knot). On Zola you select the recipients before you send (Zola).
What happens after the reminder goes out?
The guest still has to open your wedding website and fill in the form. Joy's reminder carries your RSVP link, and The Knot's own sample reminder text sends guests to the website or the mail (Joy, The Knot). Guests who ignore the link stay on your list, and the calls are yours to make.

Yes, with The Knot's template messages. The Knot says custom messages by email or text are no longer available, so you choose one of its existing templates (The Knot).
Does Zola text guests for free?
The app's RSVP reminder can go out by text, with fixed wording. Messaging your whole guest list needs a paid plan (Zola, Zola).
Do I have to leave my wedding website to use a texting service?
No. Text My Wedding imports a Zola or Knot guest list and leaves the website where it is (Text My Wedding). OhMyGuests works the same way: export your list, chase the guests who have not replied, and download the answers (OhMyGuests).
